Dlovan Post ("we", "our", or "the app") provides a delivery management service operated by Dlovan Post. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
To operate the delivery service, the app collects: account information (name, account ID, password) for store owners, deliverers, and staff; order information (sender and receiver names, phone numbers, addresses, cities, item descriptions, prices, delivery status); operational data (delivery assignments, status history, payments, balances, loyalty points); and device push notification tokens.
We use the information solely to operate the delivery service: creating and managing orders, assigning and notifying deliverers, tracking order status, managing accounting and loyalty rewards, and allowing staff and deliverers to contact senders and receivers to complete deliveries.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only between the parties necessary to complete a delivery — the store owner, the assigned deliverer, and Dlovan Post staff. We do not share information with third parties for advertising.
Information is stored on secure servers operated by Dlovan Post. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form. We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations.
You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting Dlovan Post. Account creation and deletion is managed by Dlovan Post staff.
Dlovan Post is a business tool intended for businesses and their staff. It is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
